I started training with Karen about 16 years ago.  She always stressed that physical exercise involves both mind and body.  I needed structure and discipline in my life.  Karen came promptly to my house twice a week and we worked on a varied program she specifically designed for my needs. Karen is an expert trainer, but for me she has become more: a good friend, kind, compassionate and understanding.  I truly believe that I am a healthier and more active person today (70+) thanks to Karen's loving care and skills.           Jean@Home

Karen has been both yoga instructor and personal trainer for me over the years, and has always exceeded expectations in her knowledge, creativity, patience and motivation. As a trainer, she completely changed my workouts, shifting me away from heavier weights and frequent muscle strains to handhelds that build strength and endurance.
