Ideally, yoga is to be taught one-on-one, as it always was traditionally.  In our society today the class format has made the practice available to all people.  It becomes important to teach individual students according to his or her condition.  Approaching them one at a time and teach them how to individualize their practice using breath, movement and mind in standing poses, fluid movements and supine positions.
